Meow or Never Inc. is based out of northeast Atlanta in the Avondale Estates/Decatur area, but we DO NOT have a physical shelter.
Because we do not have a shelter, WE DO NOT ACCEPT OWNER SURRENDERS, so please contact other local rescues if you are trying to rehome your cat or kitten. Our focus is on caring for community cats who already live - and will continue to live - outdoors.
We always have a long list of requests, so we appreciate some participation on your part, as that frees up a volunteer to trap in areas with very few resources. We loan traps for a $100 deposit, which is completely refunded once the trap is returned in working condition. We're also happy to speak with you in detail on the phone, or come out to your property to teach you how to use the traps and help you formulate a plan. Alley Cat Allies is also a fantastic TNR resource with detailed guides on how to trap in different situations.
